Can I see it before I pay?
Yes. Create your city and you see your exact square on a desk and on a wall before anything goes in the cart. Before printing, we refine it to about 98% architectural accuracy and check it by eye, at no extra cost.
How much of my city fits?
The square on the map is exactly what we print. The 6 × 6″ covers about 750 m (0.5 mi) across, enough for a few streets around a home or a campus. The 12 × 12″ covers about 1.5 km (0.9 mi), a whole downtown or neighbourhood.
When will it arrive?
Each piece is made to order in our workshop and leaves within 7 business days, then takes 3 to 10 business days with the courier. Shipping on 6 × 6″ and 12 × 12″ frames is free across Canada. To the U.S. it is a flat $15 USD, with duties included in the price, so there are no import fees at delivery.
What if something is wrong with my order?

How long until my city ships?
6×6″ cities ship within 4 days. 12×12″ cities ship within 7 days. We print every model when you order it, so nothing is warehoused. Standard delivery across Canada and the U.S. is 3-5 business days after dispatch.
Is the preview exactly what I get?
It shows your exact area. The preview is quick, built from open map data in about 30 seconds. After you order, we refine every model to about 98% architectural accuracy, check it, then print it. There is no extra cost.
What is it made of?
The cityscape is 3D-printed in our Canadian workshop, in matte white PLA, a biodegradable plant-based plastic. The frame is a natural solid wood picture frame in black with an eco-friendly paint finish. Easy-opening tabs on the back let you remove the print quickly if you ever want to swap it out.
Do you ship to the U.S.?
Yes. Shipping to the U.S. is a flat $15 USD, and duties are included in the price. No import fees at delivery: the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

My city isn’t in the catalogue. Can I get a custom one?
Yes. Every frame is made to order, for any place on Earth. On the product page, choose a size, then a location: search an address or drag the map to set the square. A 6×6″ frame covers about 0.55 to 1 km², a 12×12″ about 2.25 to 4 km². You’ll see a preview of your framed city before you order.
