Returns Policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the date your package is delivered to request a return. Free returns are available for orders within Canada and the United States. This applies to our signature cities.

Custom locations

Custom pieces are made from the exact area you chose, so they cannot be resold and are final sale. They are refundable only if the piece arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, not if you change your mind or are unhappy with how the model looks.

This is why we show you the finished piece before you order. The preview you approve is generated from the same data we print, so what you see is what you receive. Please take a moment with it before adding to cart.

How to start a return

Email us at info@minicityprints.com with your order number and a quick note about why you'd like to return your piece. We'll send you next steps within one business day.

Refunds

Once your returned piece arrives at our studio and is inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged or defective items

If your piece arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, email us within 7 days of delivery at info@minicityprints.com with photos of the piece and the box. We'll send you a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer. No return required for damaged items.

International returns

For international orders (outside Canada and the US), returns are accepted within 30 days, but return shipping, duties, and any fees are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can't be responsible for items lost in return transit.
