Custom locations

Custom pieces are made from the exact area you chose, so they cannot be resold and are final sale. They are refundable only if the piece arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, not if you change your mind or are unhappy with how the model looks.

This is why we show you a preview before you order. The preview you approve shows the exact area we print. Before printing, we refine every model to about 98% architectural accuracy, so the finished piece has more architectural detail than the preview. Please take a moment with it before adding to cart.

Email us at info@minicityprints.com with your order number and a quick note about what happened. We'll send you next steps within one business day.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged or defective items

If your piece arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, email us within 7 days of delivery at info@minicityprints.com with photos of the piece and the box. We'll send you a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer. No return required for damaged items.
