Returns Policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the date your package is delivered to request a return. If it's not what you expected, reach out and we'll take care of it.

How to start a return

Email us at info@minicityprints.com with your order number and a quick note about why you'd like to return your piece. We'll send you next steps within one business day.

Refunds

Once your returned piece arrives at our studio and is inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged or defective items

If your piece arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, email us within 7 days of delivery at info@minicityprints.com with photos of the piece and the box. We'll send you a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer — no return required for damaged items.

International returns

Customers outside Canada and the United States are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can't be responsible for items lost in return transit.
