Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Shipping is free within Canada and the United States. For other countries, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

When your order ships

Every city is made when you order it — nothing is warehoused. Production times:

• 6×6″ — ships within 4 business days of your order
• 12×12″ — ships within 7 business days of your order

Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days across Canada and the United States, and 7–14 business days internationally. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves our workshop.

Duties and taxes

For Canadian and U.S. orders, the price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no duties or surprise fees at the border. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country's customs authority. These are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order processing

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin production the next business day. If you need an order by a specific date (a birthday, a holiday, an anniversary), email us at info@minicityprints.com before ordering and we'll let you know if it's feasible.

Lost or damaged packages

In the rare event your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us at info@minicityprints.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll make it right.
