Custom frames

Every custom piece is made to order from the exact preview you approve — what you see in your render is what we print, and your approval is part of your order. Custom frames can't be returned or refunded for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the location itself.

If your custom frame arrives damaged, send a photo to info@minicityprints.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll print and ship a replacement, free.

Signature Collection frames

Signature Collection frames can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, whatever the reason. Frames must be sent back in their original condition. Return shipping is free within Canada and the US; international returns are at your cost. Write to info@minicityprints.com to start a return.

A note on map data

Our frames are generated from real, open map data (OpenStreetMap). Your preview shows exactly what your frame will look like — every street, building, and shoreline. If an area looks sparse or a detail seems off, adjust your location or framing before ordering, or write to us and we'll help you compose it.
